These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RevenuAD Signal (the "Service"), operated by RevenuAD ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
RevenuAD Signal monitors publicly available advertising activity across digital channels (including Meta, Google Search, YouTube, Display, and other ad networks) and presents it as competitive intelligence to subscribing agencies and brands.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via our payment processor (Stripe) and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to resell, scrape, or redistribute data from the Service in bulk outside the ordinary use of the product (client reports, presentations), and not to use the Service to harass or target any advertiser or individual.
The Service estimates spend, reach, and other figures from publicly observable signals. These are estimates, not verified financial data, and are labelled with a confidence level where applicable. We do not guarantee completeness or accuracy of any competitor's advertising activity.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time; refunds are handled at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service or decisions made based on its data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
