Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RevenuAD Signal (the "Service"), operated by RevenuAD ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

RevenuAD Signal counts publicly available advertising across Meta, Google Search, YouTube and Display and presents it as a dated record to subscribing agencies and brands.

2. Accounts and subscriptions

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Subscriptions are billed via our payment processor (Stripe) and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation is managed through the Stripe Customer Portal, linked from your account settings. Two plans are offered: Signal Entry at $799 a month and Signal Agency at $1,400 a month, billed monthly or yearly at your choice (a year is ten months' price for twelve months), charged at signup and then each period, and either can be cancelled from the Portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. The price shown is the amount charged at checkout: no GST is added to it at present. If that changes, the checkout will show the tax before you pay.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, scrape, or redistribute data from the Service in bulk outside the ordinary use of the product (client reports, presentations), and not to use the Service to harass or target any advertiser or individual.

4. Data accuracy

The Service estimates spend and other figures from publicly observable signals. These are estimates, not verified financial data, and are labelled with a provenance tier (Observed, Modelled, or Reported) where applicable. We do not guarantee completeness or accuracy of any competitor's advertising activity.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time; refunds are handled at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service or decisions made based on its data.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
