This Privacy Policy explains what data RevenuAD Signal ("we", "us") collects, why, and how it's handled.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and (via our payment processor, Stripe) billing details necessary to process your subscription. We do not store your full card number ourselves; Stripe handles payment data directly.
The core of the Service is competitive advertising intelligence: creative images, video, copy, estimated spend, and channel activity for brands and their competitors. This data is collected from publicly available sources, including ad transparency libraries, public ad archives, and publicly viewable placements, not from any private or non-public source. It describes advertisers' public marketing activity, not any individual person.
We collect basic usage data (pages viewed, features used, login times) to operate and improve the Service, and error/performance data via our monitoring tools.
Account data is used to provide the Service, process billing, and communicate with you about your account. Usage data is used to improve the product. We do not sell your account data to third parties.
We use third-party providers to operate the Service, including Stripe (payments), Supabase (authentication and data storage), and Resend (transactional email). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.
Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation for billing and legal purposes. You can request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
