This Privacy Policy explains what data RevenuAD Signal ("we", "us") collects, why, and how it's handled.

1. Account data

When you request access, we collect your name, work email address, and agency name via the request form. When you create an account, we collect your email address and password. When you subscribe, billing details necessary to process your subscription are collected via our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number ourselves; Stripe handles payment data directly.

2. Advertising data

The core of the Service is a record of competitors' advertising: creative images, video, copy, estimated spend and channel activity for brands and their competitors. This data is collected from publicly available sources, including ad transparency libraries, public ad archives, and publicly viewable placements, not from any private or non-public source.

3. Usage data

We collect basic usage data (pages viewed, features used, login times) to operate and improve the Service, and error/performance data via our monitoring tools.

4. How we use data

Account data is used to provide the Service, process billing, and communicate with you about your account. Usage data is used to improve the product. We do not sell your account data to third parties.

5. Third parties

We use third-party providers to operate the Service, including Stripe (payments), Supabase (authentication and data storage), Resend (transactional email), Sentry (error monitoring), and Lovable (site analytics). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.

6. Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation for billing and legal purposes. You can request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
